Layouts: Spot the difference!

Can you spot the differences between the original floorplan of this South Australian home, and our layout review?

Using our Layout Review Service, the client asked us to propose a fresh floorplan making the most of the space available. Our recommended changes were:

1. Relocating the bathroom and reconfiguring the laundry, reducing the number of doors in the space. 
2. Creating space for a butler’s pantry beside the kitchen. 
3. Carving out a significant tall utility at 90 degrees to the kitchen island and work zone. 
4. Clarifying the main flow path from the entry to the outdoor area. 
5. Hugely increasing the storage in the home (something that’s on every homeowner’s wishlist!)
